Principles of commercial firing

  1. Firing is preceded by the preparation of a handover and acceptance report, specifying the quantity of products delivered for firing. Based on this report, the lessee agrees to cover the costs of any damage to the interior of the kiln chamber (including kiln plates and spacer posts).
  2. The Lessee undertakes to provide all information on the raw materials from which the products submitted for firing were made.
  3. The firing completion time is a maximum of 10 business days from receipt of the order.
  4. The lessor is not responsible for any potential damage to the products occurring during firing.
  5. For damage to the stovetop in the form of glaze pitting (glaze runoff) that can be removed with a grinder, a one-time fee of PLN 30 gross is charged. Larger damages will be billed depending on the extent of the damage.

Always check the firing temperature of the materials and glazes you are using.
